What are the different permission levels in Azure DevOps?

    In Azure DevOps, there are several different permission levels that can be assigned to users:

    • Basic: Allows users to view and edit work items, as well as view dashboards and reports.

    • Stakeholder: Allows users to view work items, as well as view and share dashboards and reports.

    • Contributor: Allows users to view, create, and edit work items, as well as create and edit test cases.

    • Reader: Allows users to view work items, dashboards, and reports.

    • Project Administrator: Allows users to manage the project, including managing users and permissions.

    • Project Collection Administrator: Allows users to manage projects and project collections, including managing users and permissions.

    • Organization Administrator: Allows users to manage the entire organization, including managing users and permissions, and managing billing.
